I work with a variety of clientele ranging from rehab to performance.
As a comprehensively trained Stott Pilates instructor with over 500 hours of training, I am fluent on all the Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and all the Barrels.)

My specialties include working with individuals with musculoskeletal injuries, including the hip, knee, spine and shoulder as well as designing programs for special conditions such as auto-immune disorders, osteoporosis, scoliosis, osteoporosis, and diabetes.
​
In addition to Pilates, I am also a certified personal trainer and spin instructor and have extensive experience in teaching in large and small group settings.

I enjoy creating training programs that target client's goals, so each session is a unique experience. I am a lifelong student of Pilates and truly believe that the Pilates Method is for Every Body!

Studio
My boutique studio is fully equipped with all the Stott Pilates equipment as well as TRX, stability balls, weights, BOSU balls, mats and more.

I incorporate a variety of fitness based props and equipment so that each session is rich with sensory experiences especially designed to meet your needs.
Sessions

One-hour individualized and customized sessions in the Pilates Method or Personal Fitness Training begin with a personal evaluation to assess posture, muscle imbalances, and movement patterns.
Each session is tailored with a personal approach to teaching with innovative problem solving for goals and issues.
